Can I Sell to the General Public
Yes! The license is classified as used vehicle dealer license which is known as a retail license. This is not a wholesale license. If you wish to receive a wholesale license, we do have a program for you.
Will This be My Own License
Yes. The license will be register to a business which we will incorporate for you. You will have to choose a business name and will incorporate you as an Inc or LLC.
Can I use an out of state dealer license in my state?
Your dealer license has the legal right to sell vehicles to anyone in any state. Dealerships are not restricted to just buying and selling cars within their state. As long as your dealer number stays in good standing with the issuing state, it will be valid nationwide. Look at companies such as Carvana, Vroom, etc
How long does the process take?
The process from start to finish will take 4-6 weeks for your own license, your own business.
